Celtic FUSION



FUSION Magazine presents Celtic FUSION, an evening of Celtic music on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 8pm, at Cafe 939 in Boston. Featured performers include John McGann (mandolin), Natalie Haas (cello), Matt Glaser (violin), The Folk Arts Quartet, Kimberly Fraser (fiddle), Blue Moose and the Unbuttoned Zippers, and Boston College faculty member Jimmy Noonan (flute). Professor Joe Nugent of Boston College, Professor Tom O'Grady of UMass Boston, and Berklee's Henry Tate will read selections from James Joyce, W.B. Yeats, and original poetry. A Celtic Open Session will close the evening.
